摘要
六西格玛管理以一系列管理统计工具、大量的信息技术作支持,以更深层次的管理理念及企业文化沉淀为基础。通过实证分析六西格玛管理案例,阐述六西格玛管理的基本原理和方法,讨论如何实施六西格玛改进(DMAIC)及有关企业与高校的应用研究。据此得出结论,六西格玛管理是现代质量管理阶段中所采用的主要管理手段之一,管理信息技术是实施六西格玛管理的必要条件,数据是基础,在实施过程中良好的管理人员队伍,良好的企业文化是必要的前提条件。
Six sigma management needs a serial of statistic tools and a great deal of information technique as a support, depend on it's deeper management philosophy and enterprise culture. This thesis discusses six sigma management's theory and methods through the practice in case of management. It focused on how to implement six sigma improvement ( DMAIC process) and case study in companies and universities. A conclusion is made that six sigma management is one of modem business management important methods, information technique is the essential condition, data is the basis, and a good management team and sound business culture are the preconditions for smooth implementation of six sigma.
