摘要
为了满足发动机向高功率密度(HPD)方向发展的需要,设计了一种新型的全钢结构的活塞,利用有限元分析软件MSC.NASTRAN对该活塞进行了温度场、热应力、热变形的计算,为活塞产品的结构优化提供了参考。
In order to meet with the high power and high density of engine development, a new style steel piston was designed in this paper. MSC. NASTRAN software is used to calculate the temperature field, thermal stress, thermal deformed of the steel piston. The FEA result provided some references for the structural analysis and improvement of steel piston.
