摘要
超出国内外标准规定牌号之外的QT600-7球墨铸铁材料,要求同时具备珠光体球墨铸铁的高强度和铁素体球墨铸铁的高伸长率。本文介绍了通过适当添加特种合金元素Cu、Ni和优化5种基本化学成分以及控制Mg含量的试验研究,得出了QT600-7材料的化学成分配方,并通过生产中大量该材料铸件的化学成分和机械性能检测,验证了QT600-7材料化学成分的合理性。因此,实现了直接铸造获得高强度和高韧性的球墨铸铁部件。
The strength of QT600 - 7 ductile iron is required to be as high as pearlite ductile iron, and the toughness of QTO30 - 7 ductile iron is required as high as ferrite ductile iron. The prescription of QT600 - 7 is obtained through many tests about the chemical ingredient of QT6(X) - 7 are introduced, for example, to mix a little bit Cu, Ni into QT600 - 7, to optimize the proportion of the five chemical ingrehent, to control the contents of Mg. The reasonability of the prescription of QT600 - 7 is verified by many chemical ingredient inspection and mechanical inspection. Accordingly the ductile iron casts with high toughness and strength could be produced by directly casting.
