铸造设备中升降机构导向装置的设计

Design on Guiding Unit of Lifting Device for Casting Machine

升降机构在铸造生产线中应用广泛,主要实现工件的提升、转运及输送功能。为了保证升降机构的稳定性和定位准确度,在设计中会增加导向机构。文章阐述了升降机构导向装置的几种形式,分析了各种形式的优缺点及使用场合,并对导向机构的润滑密封形式进行了阐述。

The lifting unit is widely used for lifting, transferring and conveying the casting in foundry line. It could ensure the stability and positioning accuracy of lifter. Some types of guiding units were expatiated in this paper, their advantages, disadvantages and used occasions were introduced also. The seal types of lubricating system of guiding units were illustrated and compared.
