摘要
研究了在含硅ZA40合金中加入Sb元素,经XRD检测表明合金组织由富铝的(相、共析体((+η)、初生Si相以及ε(CuZn5)相、Zn4Sb3化合物相组成。含Sb的ZA40合金的尺寸稳定性和耐磨性比无Sb的ZA40合金和ZA27合金有较大幅度的提高。
The ZA4 alloy added Sb is studied in this paper. XRD results showed that the microstructure of ZA40 alloy with Sb was comprised of Al-rich phase, eutectoid (a+η), primary Si phase, ε(CuZn5)phase and Zn4Sb3. The wear resistance and dimension stability of ZA40 alloy with Sb was more higher than that of ZA40 alloy without Sb and ZA27 alloy.
