摘要 目的了解陇县蚊类种群构成及生态习性。方法对县区6类不同生态环境定时、定人、定点进行蚊虫孳生地及蚊幼虫、成虫密度监测。结果陇县城区采获蚊虫4属6种,淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种。7~9月间,蚊幼虫平均容器指数为52.02,房屋指数为55.45;成蚊帐诱法监测密度为8.85只/h,人工小时法监测密度为42.5只/h,诱蚊灯法监测密度为4.29只/h。成蚊密度农村居民区较高,骚扰阿蚊、三带喙库蚊主要分布在牛圈、室内,白纹伊蚊仅在轮胎堆放处等特殊场所分布。结论初步摸清了陇县蚊类的种群构成和生态分布,为开展蚊虫防治,预防虫媒传染病发生提供了科学依据。 Objective To understand the community structure and ecological features of mosquitoes in Long County.Methods In 6 kinds of different ecological environments in the urban of Long County,mosquito breeding grounds and density of larvae and adult mosquitoes were monitored at the certain time and place by the same people.Results Mosquitoes of 6 kinds in 4 genera were captured in urban Long County.The most common varieties of mosquito were Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus.From July to September,the averaged Breteau index and House index of larvae were 52. 02 and 55.45 respectively; the observed densities of adult mosquitoes by net trap method, labor hour method and light trap method were 8.85, 42. 5 and 4.29 individuals per hour respectively. The density of adult mosquitoes in rural areas was higher than other places. The Armigeres subbalbeatus and Culex tritaeniorhyrwhus were mainly distributed in barns and indoors, while the Aedes albopictus were only distributed in especial site, such as the stacks of tires. Conclusion The community structure and ecological features of mosquitoes in Long County were discovered mostly. It provides scientific basis for preventing the insect-borne infectious disease.
