摘要
经对吉林杂优猪和纯种猪多年肉质分析表明,吉林杂优猪具有肉质好,气香味浓,易于存贮和加工等优点。其具体指标是:肉色3.25、大理石纹3.75、失水率15.03%的和瘦肉率53.29%。本文还对吉林杂优猪生产中所存缺陷,提出几个亟待解决的问题:①加强产业化建设,形成龙型经济;②制定吉林优质肉的标准,创优质名牌;③大力推广三元杂交猪及约×松高产杂交组合;④应用先进的营养调控技术配制日粮。
According to the study on meat quality in pure breeds and crossing breeds for several years ,the crossing breeds have better meat quality,flavor,stored and processed euily.The indicators are3.25 for meat colout,3.75 for marbling score, 15.03% for dehydration,53.29% for lean meat. The strategies for quality meat production should include:①Industriali Zation to develop drogon -type economy;②Standardization of quality meat to make famous products ; ③Popularization of three breedsros - cros -sbreeding and large white with songliao black , ④Diet ration with nutritimal modifing techniques.
