摘要
在师范院校从教育型大学向应用型综合大学转型的思想指导下,积极探索师范学院发酵工艺学课程的教学改革。通过转变教学理念,改革教学内容,更新教学方法,培育"产、学、研相结合"的教学模式,从理论教学和实践教学等多个环节探索改革措施,以期达到提高教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生综合素质和创新能力,培养出受社会欢迎的应用型人才的目标。
With the guide of the thought that normal universities change from educational type into applied one,this thesis explores the reform of Fermentation Technology teaching course in normal universities. In order to cultivate applied talents,the goals are to improve the teaching quality, arouse the students' interests and develop students' comprehensive qualities and creative ability, in the weans of changing the teaelhog concepts;the reform from the aspects of theoretical teaelhng and practice teaelfing can be explored by improving the teaehiog contents; adopting new teaching methods such as the teaching mode of "getting study, research and application together".
