摘要
辅导员继续教育体系的构建是由人的全面发展理论、我国高等教育发展形势所决定的。辅导员继续教育体系是由管理系统、教学系统和科研系统组成的。我国辅导员培训模式上有自己的特点,要积极建构有效合理的辅导员继续教育体系。
Construction system of Universi~ Political Instructor＇s Education is determined by theory of full developnrent of man and situation of our country＇ s higher education. It is made of ~stem of managing and teaching and studying and scientific research. Training model of Pohfieal Instructor＇s Education has its characteristic： Building reasonable system of University Political Instructor＇s Education.
