英语专业研究生培养质量调查研究

On the Training Quality of the English Major Graduates

通过对英语专业研究生培养质量的现状进行问卷调查分析,指出研究生培养质量在课程、管理、研究生学习环境、研究生本人的学习与科研等方面存在的问题。提高研究生培养质量的对策在于:保证必要的物质条件,加强课程的前沿性和应用性,限制导师指导的研究生人数、提高导师的指导能力,加强对研究生培养过程的管理,加强对研究生的引导,推行弹性学制。

This paper is to report the result of the questionnaire on the present training quality of the English major graduates.The survey shows that in the present training system for English major graduates there exist such quality issues as curricula,management,learning environment, and the graduates＇ own problems in learning and researches. To better the quality of graduate training, the following meastLres have to be taken：to guarantee the essential material conditions,to advance the curricula and application researches,to limit the number of graduate students for each supervisor,to enhance the supervisor＇ s ability of guidance,to strengthen the management of the training process, and finally to implement a flexible academic system.
