摘要
文章以师范院校中国现当代文学课程的教学改革为例,对在新形势下实施大学课堂教学改革与创新进行探讨。确立"以生为本"的思想,科学地树立起"以人为本"的教育理念,以学生的发展为出发点,充分尊重和发挥学生的主体地位和作用;狠抓教学常规管理,注重教育教学研究与交流,实施研究性教学,充分利用现代化教学手段,拓展学生的视野与思维;抛弃传统仅以试卷分数为基准的片面的评价观,建立适应素质教育发展的全面的评价观,构建完善科学有效的评价体系,等等,都是优化课堂教学效果和提高教学质量的有益尝试。
Taking the teaching reform of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature in Normal University as an example,the author attempts to explore how to implement reform and innovation of the univemity classroom teaching in the new situation, establishes the thought of "take lives as the book", sets up scientifically the education idea of "humanist", takes student's development as a starting point, respects and displays fully student's main body status and the function;and promotes vigorously the teaching convention managemem,pays great at- tention to the teaching research and the exchange, implements investigative teaching, usc~ fully the modernization teaching media, develops student's field of vision and the thought;and abandons tradition one- sided appraisal view of evaluation take the examination paper score as the datum, establishes the comprehensive appraisal view of the adaptation to Quality Education development, constructs the science effective appraisal system, and so on; all are beneficial attempts to constandy optimize the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
