摘要
基础教育新课程标准的实施改变了人们的教育观,在此情景下如何让课堂有效率、有魅力,让课堂成为教师和学生共同经营的知识、能力、情感、价值观的交流平台,是一线教师的梦想。梦想的实现靠教师在更新教学观念的同时,还应充分注意在课堂教学设计中的五个转变:课堂教学总体设计应从重视教师"教"向重视学生"学"转变,课堂教学设计中的教法、学法应从理论说教向实际操作转变,课堂教学设计的教学重点、难点的确定应从表层向纵深转变,课堂教学设计中的教学组织方式设计应从封闭性向开放性转变,课堂教学设计中的教学媒体设计应从由"多媒体型"向"多媒体+社会型"转变。
The implementation of New Curriculum with elementary education has changed the view of education. It is the dream of the teachers to how to make the classroom teaching effective, channing, and make the classroom become the platform for communicating knowledge, ability, emotion and the view of value under this situation. The realization of dream depends on the change of teacher' s concept and also depends on the attention fully paid in the classroom teaching design with five transformations:The general classroom teaching design should focus the change from the teacher' s teaching to students' learning;the method of teaching and leamiag should change from theoretic instruction to practical operation;the importance and difficulties of teaching should change from the surface to deep level;the organization of teaching should change from closing to opening;the design of teaching media should change from the type of "multi - media" to "multi - media plus social".
