The current situation of crop production in Henan Province was objectively estimated in this paper.Based on the analyses of the yield potential under relatively suitable agricultural natural environments in Henan Province,the author pointed out the key factors restricting the crop production and the countermeasures for development to them both in the elementary and advanced stage of agricultural production.
