Application of Theory of Following the Prognosis of a Disease in Clinical Concept and Its Inspiration to the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine

探讨治未病思想的中医内涵,阐述病程传变、病症转归、病位分析在临床诊疗中的具体应用思路,并附典型病案分析。同时,提出治未病理念符合现代医学目的的调整和医学模式的转变,治未病理念的推广,将可以有效缩减政府总体医疗成本,提升中医学社会价值。

To investigate the connotation of following the prognosis of a disease, expounding transmission of disease course, turnover of disease, analysis of disease location and their concrete applied methods, with typical medical record. Meanwhile, it is proposed that prevention concept is consistent with the adjustment of destinatio of modern medicine and the change of medical model. The generalization of prevention concept can decrease total medical treatment cost of government, promote social value of traditional Chinese medicine.
