摘要
利用2,4-D和6-BA2种外源激素对烟草未授粉子房单倍体进行了直接途径和间接途径的诱导。结果表明,2,4-D能诱导子房通过间接途径形成胚状体;6-BA浓度为222μmol·L-1和444μmol·L-1时,胚状体的形成为间接途径,浓度为889μmol·L-1时则为直接途径。在一定用量范围内,2种激素都有随浓度的增加胚状体诱导率提高的趋势。2种激素不同浓度配合使用,其诱导途径有一定差异,当2,4-D浓度为226μmol·L-1,6-BA浓度为1778μmol·L-1时胚状体的诱导率最高。
The effects of exogenous hormone on haploid plant production from unpollinated ovaries of Nicotiana tabacum L.were investigated.The results obtained were summarized as follows:there were two ways in haploid-induction:the direct way and the indirect way.Embryoid could be induced by indirect way when the concentration of 6-BA were 2.22 μmol·L-1 and 4.44 μmol·L-1.But it would be by direct way if 6-BA was 8.89 μmol·L-1.The induction frequency of embroid increased when the concentration of 2,4-D or 6-BA was raised.With different conbination of 2,4-D and 6-BA,the way of induction would not be the same.The highest induction frequency of embroid (86.67%) could be obtained when supplemented with 2.26μmol·L-1 2,4-D and 17.78 μmol·L-1 6-BA.
