Extract Technology Study for Optimization of Dosage Form of Guanxin Zhengqi Power With Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优化冠心正气散剂型的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以人参皂苷Re含量和出膏率为指标优选提取工艺。结果:优选提取工艺条件为:人参、三七粉碎成粗粒,用45%乙醇,12倍量,2小时1次,提取3次。提取浓缩成膏,鸡内金打粉,与浓缩液制粒即得。结论:所选提取工艺得率高。

Objective： To optimize the extract technology of dosage form of Guanxin zhengqi power. Methods： Orthogonal experiment was used with the content of panaxsaponin Re and rate of creaming as optimized targers. Results： The optimized extract technology conditions： Ginseng and Sanchi were crashed to coarse grain, with 45% ethanol, 12 times, one time every two hours, extract for 3 times. Extract and concentration to paste, corium stomachium galli was stroke to power, pelletizing with concentrated solution. Conclusion： The extract technology has high yield.
