摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸,HP-FFAP毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测空气中的二氯甲烷。结果二氯甲烷浓度在16.58~265.20μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为H=0.09766101C-0.0501081,相关系数r=0.99997;方法检出限为1.79μg/ml。以1.5L的采样量计算空气中的浓度为0.40mg/m3。管的解吸效率范围为92.5%~93.8%,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3.0%。结论该方法准确度高,操作简便,灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的测定。
[ Objective ] To establish a gas chromatography method for solvent desorption of dichloremethane in the air of workplace. [ Methods] Sample of dichloromethane in the air of workplace was collected by active charcoal tube, then desorbed in solution with carbon disulfide and isolated by HP-FFAP capillary column. Hydrogen flame ionization detector was applied for determination. [ Results]The linear range of dichloromethane was 16. 58 -265.20 μg/ml, regression equation was H = 0.09766101 C-0.0501081 and correlation coefficient was 0. 99997 ; the detection limit was 1.79 μg / ml. The concentration of dichloromethane was 0.40 mg/m^3 for 1. 5L air of workplace. Desorption efficiency was in the range of 92.5% - 93.8%, and all relative standard deviations in repeated determination were all below 3.0% . [ Conclusion] With the characteristics of high accuracy, easy to operate and sensitive, the method is applicable for dichloromethane determination in workplace.
