RNA干扰在肾间质纤维化研究中的应用

摘要 肾间质纤维化(RIF)是所有慢性进行性肾脏疾病进展到终末期肾衰竭的共同形态学特点。RNA干扰(RNAi)是近年发展起来的一种新兴基因沉默技术,它是由双链RNA介导的靶向基因序列特异性转录后沉默机制。目前RNAi技术已广泛应用于基因功能研究及疾病治疗,在RIF的疾病发生机制方面也取得了一些进展,现综述如下。 Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF) is the common morphological feature when chronic renal diseases have developed end-stage renal function faihure. RNA interference (RNAi) is a new gene-silencing technique in recent years, which is a post-transcriptional gene silencing mediated by double stranded RNA, resulting in the sequence-specific silence target gene. RNAi technique has been applied widely in the research of gene function and disease treatment. Meanwhile, some advancements have also been maded on the research of RIF pathogenesis.
