炎症与代谢综合征和硫化氢的关系

摘要 代谢综合征是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,包括胰岛素抵抗、血脂障碍、高血压和肥胖等病理变化。发病机制尚未完全明确,已证明炎症在其发生、发展和预防中有重要作用。硫化氢属内源性气体信号分子家族,近年来,越来越多的证据表明内源性硫化氢的代谢异常与多种疾病相关。本文就代谢综合征、炎症、硫化氢之间的关系予以综述。 The metabolic syndrome is a cluster of metabolic disorders, such as insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, hypertension and obesity. Although the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome have not been elucidated, inflammation has been introduced as a contributory factor in the development and the prevention of metabolic syndrome. Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of endogenous molecules of gas. In recent years, more and more evidence have proved that abnormal metabolism and function of endogenous hydrogen sulfide contributes to or participates in the pathogenesis of many disease. This review summarizes the relationship among metabolic syndrome, inflammation and hydrogen sulfide.
