摘要 磁共振脑灰白质成像是新近应用于临床的具有无创性的磁共振成像方法,对发生在颅内脑灰白质的病变具有较高的诊断意义,如脑灰质异位症、颅内肿瘤、脑白质疏松症、肾上腺脑白质营养不良、多发性硬化、脑弥漫性轴索损伤等疾病。脑灰白质成像是在常规序列的基础上对疾病进行诊断和鉴别诊断,是对常规序列的必要补充。磁共振脑灰白质成像是一项崭新的技术,近年来才应用于临床。本文就磁共振脑灰白质成像序列、临床应用以及最新进展予以综述。 Brain magnetic resonance imaging is a noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging used in clinic recently, which has high diagnositic significance in diagnosing the brain grey and white matter, such as brain gray matter heterotopia, intracranial tumor, leukoaraiosis, adrenoleukodystrophy, multiple sclerosis, brain diffuse axonal injury and other diseases. MR cerebral grey matter and white matter image is to carry out diagnosis and differential diagnosis based on the conventional programme, and is the essential supplementary for them. MR cerebral grey matter and white matter imaging is a new technology applied to clinical in recent years. This article reviews gray mass of brain magnetic resonance imaging about its programme, clinical application and progresses.
