摘要
立磨磨生料在我国已普及,磨水泥则在欧美也已普及。作者分析了立磨磨水泥在我国尚未启动的主要问题:是业内对立磨水泥性能存在有担忧。基于此,作者进行了国外三家水泥企业立磨水泥和球磨水泥的性能对比及其配置的混凝土性能对比,说明此种担忧是完全不必要的。作者认为,(1)操作中通过采取调节磨盘压力、挡料圈高度、立磨入口量和选粉机转速这四种措施,可以实现球磨水泥和立磨水泥性能基本一致;(2)作者强调,目前立磨水泥的应用,还需要与市场有一个互相磨合的过程。
It has been popularized in China to grind raw meal in vertical mill, meanwhile, to grind cement with vertical mill also is popular in Western nations. The author analysed the key factor that why vertical mill grinding cement has not been start yet in China the worry about the performance of the vertical mill cement inside the industry. And then the author explained that the Worry was totally unnecessary by comparing the performance of vertical mill cement and ball mill cement produced by three foreign cement corporations and as well as the related concrete. Finally, the author thought that by four measures adjusting grinding table pressure, damming rings" height, inlet and rotate speed, it is feasible to realize similar performance for the vertical mill cement compared with that of the ball mill cement, and the author insisted that at present vertical mill cement product need a accommodating period in China market.
