新型干法烧成系统的降煤节电途径

摘要 新型干法生产线烧成系统的节能降耗主要体现在降低煤耗和节约电能二个方面。根据5000t/d生产线的运行实践,作者详细介绍了烧成系统的降煤、节电措施。其中降煤措施主要包括:严把进厂原煤质量、优化配料方案、优化工艺过程和操作参数、稳定入窑料量和加强中控操作等;节电措施主要包括:提高主机设备的运转率和台时产量,合理用风和尽量的使用节电技术及装备等。 Energy saving and consumption reduction of the new dry process firing system was embodied on the two sides lowering the coal consumption and saving the power. Took the operation practice of a 5 000 t/d production line as example, introduced the saving coal and power measures. And the lowering coal measures includes to controlling the raw coal quality, to optimize the batheing scheme and the process and operation parameters, to stabilize the feeding and to strengthen the central controlling operation, the saving power measures includes to increase the run rate and output of the main equipments, to distribute the air in reason and to adopt saving power technology and equipment as much as you can.
