国产自动化仪表在新型干法水泥生产线上的应用

广东塔牌集团股份有限公司从2003年投产第一条5000t/d新型干法水泥生产线至今的5条5 000t/d生产线,大量采用了国产自动化仪表。文章主要介绍了其使用的国产化集散控制系统、气体分析仪以及窑筒体扫描仪的结构、原理、性能及应用情况。实践证明,国产自动化仪表是能够在大型现代化水泥工厂使用的,其整体技术水平已与国际同步。

Guangdong Tapai Group Co.,Ltd adopted many domestic auto instruments in their five 5 000 t/d new dry process cement production lines from 2003 to now. The paper introduced the structure, principle, capability and application of the domestic distributed control system, gas analyser and shell scanner that they used. The practice has proved it is feasible that adopt domestic auto instruments in modern large scale cement plant and the whole technical has international level.
