摘要
文章在阐述心理契约内涵及其特点的基础上,分析了在高校教学管理队伍建设中运用心理契约的必要性,提出了建立适宜的心理契约、建立健全有效的激励机制、重视教学管理人员职业生涯管理、营造和谐的组织文化氛围等具体措施。
This paper presents an analysis of the implication and characteristics of the psychological contract theory, analyzes the application of the theory in construction of teaching administration in univer- sity and then puts forward some measures to improve construction of teaching administration in university, including reaching the appropriate psychological contract, establishing the effective incentive mechanism, paying more attention to the professional career management of teaching administrator, and forming healthy school organizational culture.
