猪血清磷酸肌酸激酶活力与其耐热和耐粗饲性能关系的研究

Correlations Between Activities of Serum Creatine Phosphokinase and Resistances of Heat and Crude Feedof Pigs

以体重２０ｋｇ辽宁本地黑猪的血清磷酸肌酸激酶（ＣＰＫ）活力为依据，筛选出２４头大约克夏猪，分为高酶和低酶两组，设夏季凉爽环境、自然环境、高温环境、自然环境粗饲４种处理。低酶组表现出较强的耐热性和耐粗饲性，日增重较高，且以体重３０ｋｇ和６０ｋｇ的血清ＣＰＫ活力时生长性状相关明显。

According to activities of serum creatinephos phorinase (CPK) in Liaoning local black pigs at body weight of 20kg,24 yorkshire pigs were selected and divided into high and low enzyme activity groups.Each group was treated with cool,normal and high temperatures and crude feeding at normal temperature,respectively.The results showed that the pigs in low enzyme activity group had stronger resistances against heat and crude feed and higher daily weight gaining.In addition,there were significant correlations between the activities of serum CPK at body weight of 30kg and 60kg and the growing performance of pigs.
