复杂产品创新过程中的知识管理问题研究

Research on the Knowledge Management in the Process of CoPS Innovation

针对复杂产品创新问题,在借鉴知识管理理论研究成果的基础上,主要就复杂产品创新中的知识构成与知识活动,知识在组织或个人之间的传递过程,以及实施知识管理过程中的知识需求及知识管理策略等问题进行了研究。并将复杂产品创新过程中的活动分为开拓型、任务型和作业型,给出了知识积累、传递和创新策略的管理实施方案。

Based on the analysis of the Complex Products and Systems （COPS） innovation and the research of the knowledge management, the knowledge composition, knowledge activity and knowledge transfer between organizations and persons are analyzed. Also the knowledge requirement and strategy in the implement of knowledge management project are discussed. At last, the knowledge management mode for the CoPS is provided.
