摘要
县级土地利用规划管理信息系统不仅是新一轮土地利用总体规划修编重要成果之一,更是提高土地利用规划管理工作水平,增强规划科学性和可操作性的重要工具。在确定以完善性、开放性、可扩展性及实用性为系统建设重点的基础上,对县级土地利用规划管理信息系统总体功能设计构架进行了全面细致的分析研究,明确了各功能体系的内容和建设要求,并提出了具体的实现步骤。
Management information system of land-use planning at county level is not merely one of the important achievements in the new round modification of overall planning of land use, but also an important means of improving land-use planning management level and strengthening and the scientific nature and effectiveness of the planning. With the improvement, openingness, expansibility and practicability as the key of the information system construction, this paper analyzes completely and carefully the framework of the system and determines the functional content and construction requirement together with concrete ways of realization.
