摘要
应用DASELISA方法对甘肃省种植的6个马铃薯品种老龄薯和幼龄薯及2个品种的茎尖组培苗进行了针对PVX、PVY及PLRV的病毒检测。结果表明,老龄薯块携带以上3种病毒,并以PLRV为主体的复合侵染为主,幼龄薯块仅带其中一种病毒,且带毒量少;茎尖剥离组培法可使陇薯3号和16745脱毒率达20%。以幼龄薯为脱毒基础材料可望进一步提高脱毒率。文中还对DASELISA技术在马铃薯病毒检测中的优势进行了评价。
Both ripe and young potatoes of 6 cultivars planted in Gansu and meristem tip culture seedlings of 2 cultivars are tested to determine PVX, PVY and PLRV using DAS ELISA method. The results show that all of ripe potatoes carry all of the 3 viruses infected mainly through complex pattern dominated by PLRV. The young potatoes carry only one of the viruses and low grade infection is found. The rate of virus free seedlings reaches 20 %, which is obtained by means of meristem tip culture. It indicates that using young potato as virus free material can be expected to obtain totally virus free seedlings. The advantage of DAS ELISA method was also evaluated applied to determine potato virus in the paper.
