摘要 通过对一种新型的钛纳米聚合物防腐油管技术进行常规性能检验、现场挂片腐蚀速率测试、电化学交流阻抗测试、整体拉伸试验、管流动态模拟腐蚀结垢试验等一系列中试评价,结果表明该技术常规性能检验项目全部符合相关标准,并且具有较为优异的防腐及阻垢性能,在保证涂敷工艺与施工质量的前提下,具有较为广阔的应用前景。 A series of pilot tests, such as routine performance inspection, corrosion rate of the field coupon, electrochemical alternating current impedance, bulk drawing, and dynamic simulations of erosion and rust during the pipeline flow is conducted on the nanometer Titanium polymer coating in new anti-corrosion tubing. The result shows that all items of the routine perform- ance inspection have come completely up to the related standards and that the tubing has an excellent performance for anticorrosion and scale inhibition. Therefore, the technique has wide-ranging applications if good painting technology and quality construction are guaranteed.
