腹腔镜下无张力修补治疗Miles术后盆底腹膜疝

Expericnce in treating pelvic peritoneal hernia after Miles procadure with laparoscopic tension-free repair

目的探讨治疗Miles术后盆底腹膜疝的手术方式。方法使用Composix Kugel补片(自膨胀式双面复合补片)或强生公司Proceed网片在完全腹腔镜下无张力修补Miles术后盆底腹膜疝2例。结果手术顺利,病人恢复良好,无并发症,术后8～9天出院,随访4～29月无复发,症状消失。结论腹腔镜下使用防粘连补片行腹膜内网片植入术(IPOM)治疗Miles术后盆底腹膜疝是一种有效安全方法,结合应用疝枪钉合固定网片,更能简化手术操作,治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the method about hemiorrhapphy of pelvi-peritoneal hernia （PPH）after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma by laparoscope. Methods 2 cases of PPH after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma was repaired by laparoscope with BARD Compesix Kugel patch or Johnson Proceed patch. Results Operations were successfully performed and patient had a smooth recovery. No obvious complications were found postoperatively. The patients were the 8 -9 day to discharge after operation and No recurrence and symptomatic disappearance were found in the followup period of 4-29 months. Conclusion PPH after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma is repaired by laparoscope with Composix Kugel patch or Johnson PROCEED patch. It is a technically simple, safe and effective method.
