MPCNL治疗老年性肾及输尿管上段结石的50例报告

MPCNL for the treatment of kidney and upper ureteral calculi in elder (A report of 50 cases)

目的探讨应用微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗老年性肾及输尿管上段结石的及临床疗效。方法对我科于2006年5月-2009年4月收治的50例老年肾及输尿管上段结石患者采用微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术进行治疗进行回顾性分析。结果50例老年患者经微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术均获得成功,无一例死亡或术中中转开放手术,术后结石清除率75%,术后无伤口感染、出血、尿漏等并发症的发生。结论微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗老年性肾及输尿管上段结石具有安全有效,并可以提高生活质量,也适用于开放手术结石复发后的老年患者。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy on the application of minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotripsy （MPCNL） for the treatment of kidney and ureteral calculi in elderly patients. Methods From May 2006 to April 2009, fifty cases with kidney and ureteral calculi in elder received treatment of MPCNL were analyzed retrospectively. Results MPCNL was performed successfully in cases. No one case died or patient was transferred to open surgery during operation. The postoperative calculous clearence rates were in 75%（37/50）. No wound infection, bleeing and urinary fistula were found after operation. Conclusion MPCNL has a safe and effective for the treatment of kidney and ureteral calculi in elder. It would improve the patients quality of life. While it also is suitable for treatment of patients with recurrent stone after open surgery.
