螺旋腔镜打结器体外使用效果的初步观察

Preliminary observation of clinical effect on the excorporeal use of spiral endoscopic ligated instrument

目的验证螺旋腔镜打结器使用效果。方法15位腔镜外科医生在腔镜模拟操作器内分别使用该打结器打结与传统方法打结,比较两种方法打结的效率。结果15位腔镜外科医生使用该打结器打结平均4.4个完整外科结/10min;而采用传统方法打结平均2.6个完整外科结/10min。两种方法比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论螺旋腔镜打结器可以显著提高腔镜下打结的效率。

Objective To verify the chnical effect on the use of spiral andoscopic ligated instrument. Methods Ligation with spiral endoscopic ligated instrument and traditional method were used by the endoscopic simulated manipulator in fifteen surgeons. Efficiencies of ligation were compared between two kind methods. Results Average 4.4 surgical ligatures were accomplished in 10 minutes by spiral endoscopic ligated instrument in 15 surgeons. But in the use of traditional method. 2.6 surgical ligatures were accomplished. There was significant difference in the comparison between two kinds of hgated methods （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Spiral endoscopic ligated instrument would significantly elevate efficiency of endoscopic ligation.
