摘要
面对网络书店的激烈竞争局面,如何形成网站的"黏着力"是一个核心问题。网络书店应通过构建虚拟社群维持网民关系,提升人气,创造网民与网站、网民与网民之间的良好互动。
Faced with the intense competition of internet bookstore, it is the key problem of how to form the internet bookstere's attractiveness. Internet bookstore should construct the virtual group to maintain the relationship of internet users so as to the constructive interaction between internet users and websites, and among internet users.
