摘要
分析当前我国科技期刊的现状以及发展的主要瓶颈,从科技期刊经营角度剖析其原因,并对此提出进行体制改革、准确的市场定位、塑造科技期刊品牌形象、建设完善的营销网络、科技期刊的广告经营策略、建立完善的人力资源管理机制以及走国际化期刊道路的经营对策,希望在全球金融危机的大背景下,我国科技期刊能够体现出更广泛的影响力和更强的竞争力。
Based on the analysis of present situation and main obstacle for development of sci-tech periodicals, and from the perspective of management, this paper presents a serious of management countermeasures: conducting system reform, accurate market positioning, shaping brand image of sci-tech periodicals, building a sound marketing network, conducting management strategy in advertising of sci-tech periodicals, establishing a sound human resources management mechanism and internationalization of periodicals. These management countermeasures aim at sci-tech periodicals possessing a broader influence and stronger competitiveness under the background of current global financial crisis.
