提一个好问题，这是所有记者的梦想。怎么才能做到呢？方法层面的建议固然很多，不过本源性的思考也许更能给人启迪，那就是，相比操作性的技巧和手段，基于健康的社会心理，尊重常识、常情、常理，才是提一个好问题最内在的、根本的和基础性的原则。在每一次访问时，记者都必须做到：第一、保持独立的观察视角；第二、真诚地理解；第三、给予适度的温情。

To raise a good question for a successful interview is a dream for any reporters. There are many suggestions on how to do a good interview, however, a natural thinking of social physiology, rationale and fact may enlighten us more in contrast to operational skills. In an interview, a reporter has to keep in mind： first, to be with an independent viewpoint; secondly, to be with a real understanding of the interviewee and the matter; thirdly, to be friendly.
