Possible Education Models of Animation Talents

本文从动漫产业对人才需求的角度出发分析了中国动漫教育的现状,进而提出了动漫人才培养的三种模式:一是提倡各院校的特色培养;二是建立校企联动培养机制;三是走专业化的道路,建立教育部直属的动画学院。

This paper suggests three possible education models based on the analysis of the social needs of the animation talents and the status quo of the animation education. First, each animation college can have its special orientation in its education. Second, to establish an interactive and cooperative education system between the school and the industry. Third. to establish a state-owned animation college.
