摘要 以聚丙二醇(400)为原料,以多聚磷酸为磷酸化试剂,合成新型磷酸酯表面活性剂——聚丙二醇双磷酸酯(BPPGP)和双聚丙二醇磷酸酯(DPPGP)。并对合成条件进行了优化,优惠条件:原料配比为n(PPA)∶n(PPG)=1.5∶1时,在70℃下反应5 h,酯化率可达92.68%,所得产物中n(BPPGP)∶n(DPPGP)=8.25∶1。并利用薄层色谱定性、质谱对产物进行了验证。 The novel surfactant,polypropylene glycol bis-phosphate(BPPGP) and di-polypropylene glycol phosphate(DPPGP) was prepared by polypropylene glycol(400) as raw marerial,polyphosphoric acid(PPA) as phosphaticing reagent.The effects of the reaction temperature,reaction time,molar ratio on the ester yield rate are discussed in detail.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimal process conditions were determined: n(PPA):n(PPG)=1.5∶1,reacting temperature is 70 ℃,reaction time is 5 hours.Under these conditions,the rate of ester yield reached 92.68%,the weight percent ratio of BPPGP and DPPGP was 8.25∶1.Finally,the products was got verified by TLC,MS.
