摘要
从一次盐水、电解、氯氢处理、片碱等生产各个环节,对离子膜氢氧化钾生产工艺的节能降耗进行了探讨,并结合工艺技术特点和实践经验提出了相应的节能降耗措施。
In order to save energy and reduce consumption,all sections of the ion-exchange membrane potassium hydroxide production process are examined and studied,such as primary brine,electrolysis,chlorine and hydrogen processing,and caustic soda flake.Corresponding measures of energy saving and consumption reduction are suggested by combining the technologic characteristics of the process with practical experience.
