摘要
根据国家标准对面团拉伸仪的要求、拉伸仪的原理和结构,分析了影响拉伸仪性能的因素,并指出了提高测试性能的方法。
Based on requirements of the national standards, principle and structure of dough extensigraph, the factors affecting dough extensigraph performances were analyzed, some ways to improve its test performances were put forward.
