摘要
文章简要介绍营口市海防堤建设工程概况、项目背景,研究分析阐述工程对地区社会、经济、生态环境效益的影响,并从地区社会经济可持续发展要求提出今后滩涂开发利用与保护的建议。
The paper briefly introduces the situation of sea embankment construction project,studies the influence of project on region society,economy and ecological environment benefits,puts forward suggestions of the further development,utilization and protection of the beach from the angle of the social economic sustainable development.
