Determination of the Residues of Diethofencarb in Tomato by GC

通过实验,确定一种简洁有效的方法来测定番茄中乙霉威的残留量。试验表明,番茄样品中乙霉威添加回收率在90.06%～96.18%之间,变异系数在4.88%～7.62%之间。方法最小检出量为5.0×10-11g,满足测定要求。

A compact and effective method for determination of the residues of diethofencarb in tomato was confirmed through the experiment. The fortified recoveries of diethofencarb were 90.06% to 96.18% in the tomato sample and relative standard deviation were 4.88% to 7.62%. The detection limit was 5.0×10^-11g.It can meet the experiment request.
