摘要
笔者从经济危机的背景特点以及公务员职能发挥网络化、信息化,权责地位至关重要的因素影响等条件出发,通过与传统网络监督体制的比较分析,结合网络背景下的监督特点,提出建设和完善公务员的网络监督体制建议。
The author wants to propose some suggestions to build and improve the network monitoring system through the comparative analys with the traditional network monitoring system, and combines with network monitoring in the context of the characteristics of civil servants.
