荔枝果实发育期间内源激素含量的变化 被引量:28

摘要 对‘无核荔枝’果实生长及无核荔枝与有核荔枝(淮枝)内源激素动态进行比较研究。结果表明,无核荔枝果实生长模式与有核荔枝不同,果实鲜重的增加主要在果实发育后期。果皮细胞分裂素(CTK)及赤霉素(GA1+3)的含量动态与淮枝果皮相似。在果实发育前期,无核荔枝果实脱落酸(ABA)含量高、GA1+3含量低;生长素(IAA)含量在果实发育中期以后比有核荔枝高,而ABA维持在较低的水平,无核荔枝中后期落果率低与ABA含量低及IAA含量高密切相关。 The fruit growth patterns of seedless Litchi( Litchi chinensis Sonn.cv.Wuheli)and changes of endogenous hormones in Wuheli and seedy Litchi( Litchi chinensis Sonn.cv.Huaizhi)fruits were studied.The fruit growth pattern of Wuheli was different from that of seedy Litch. The increase of fruit weight mainly occured in the last stage of fruit development. In peel of Wuheli,the changing patterns of cytokinin(CTK)and gibberellins(GA 1+3 )contents were similar to those of Huaizhi.In the first stage of fruit development,abscisc acid(ABA)content was high while GA 1+3 content was low. The iudole acetic acid(IAA)level in Wuheli was higher than that in Huaizhi after the middle stage of fruit development,but ABA level was low. The results showed that the low fruit abscission rate of Wuheli in the middle and last stage may be related to the low level of ABA and high level of IAA.
