摘要
用结球白菜耐热和热敏感品种,研究了种苗中磷酸变位酶(PGM)同工酶表现形式与耐热性的关系。发现PGM-2位点带型的表现形式与耐热性相关。用耐热与不耐热品种杂交后的F1、F2和F3代株系分析了PGM-2位点与耐热性的相关性,结果表明,PGM-2位点可以作为结球白菜的一个耐热标记位点。
The relationship between heat tolerance and PGM dominate loci were studied with to lerant and sensitive cultivars of Chinese cabbage.Pattern of PGM-2 locus was correlated with heat tolerance of Chinese cabbage.Further study for analyzing the correlation between heat tolerance and expression of PGM-2 locus was carried out by using F 1,F 2 and F 3 populations from crosses of heat tolerant and sensitive cultivars.The result showed that PGM-2 loci could be used as a gene marker of heat tolerance in Chinese cabbage breeding.
