摘要
硅氧烷产品广泛应用于工业领域,部分硅氧烷会通过污水处理厂和填埋场散发到填埋气和消化气中。在内燃机中燃烧含硅氧烷的填埋气和消化气将对发动机造成损害和缩短其使用寿命。文章分析了硅氧烷在环境中的迁移转化途径,介绍了脱除生物气中硅氧烷的方法。采用XAD-2树脂吸附生物气中的硅氧烷,再用正己烷溶剂在超声波下解吸附,可大量提取生物气中的硅氧烷。到目前为止,活性炭吸附生物气中硅氧烷是唯一一种在商业上应用的硅氧烷脱除技术。
Siloxanes are widely used in industrial applications. Some of them will volatize into the landfill gas and the digester gas through landfills and wastewater treatment plants. Combusting the landfill gas or the digester gas containing siloxanes in the internal engine could wear gas engines and reduce the engine's lifetime. Therefore, this paper analyzed the migration and transformation behavior of siloxanes in the environment, introduced the methods for removing siloxanes in the biogas. XAD-2 resin was used to adsorb siloxanes in the biogas, then desorbed it in hexane under ultrasonic, in this case, large amount of siloxanes could be extracted. At present, absorbed by activated carbon is the only commercial method for removing siloxanes.
