一清胶囊联合抗生素治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿60例疗效观察

Observation of Effect of Perianorectal Abscess Treated by Yiqing Capsule Combined with Antibiotic

目的:观察一清胶囊联合抗生素治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿的疗效。方法:将120例肛门直肠周围脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组用一清胶囊+头孢呋辛钠治疗,对照组仅用头孢呋辛钠治疗,均以5 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈率55.00%,总有效率91.67%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一清胶囊联合抗生素治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿,能提高疗效,无明显毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Perianorectal abscess treated by Yiqing capsule combined with antibiotic. Methods ：120 patients with pefianorectal abscess were divided into two groups randomly . The treatment group （n = 60） was received Yiqing capsule and cefuroxime sodium . The control group （ n = 60 ） was received eefuroxime sodium only. The treatment couse was 5 days. Results： The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of periauorectal abscess by Yiqing capsule and antibiotic can increase clinical effect, there is no obvious side effect.
