高频超声联合能量多普勒对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of High-Frequency Ultrasonography Combined with PDI in Breast Cancer

目的:探讨高频超声联合能量多普勒(PDI)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:采用高频超声联合PDI对57例乳腺癌进行检查,观察乳腺肿块的高频二维声像图特征、彩色多普勒血流分布与形态特点;并与病理结果对比。结果:57例乳腺癌中,高频超声联合PDI诊断52例,诊断符合率为91.22%。结论:高频超声联合PDI对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective： To assess the diagnostic value of high -frequency ultrasonography combined with power doppler imaging（PDI） in breast cancer. Methods： 57 cases with breast cancer were examined by high -frequency ultrasonography combined with PDI to observe the two - dimensional sonographic features, distribution and patterns of the blood flow. The diagnostic results were compared with patholgical data. Results： 52 cases of 57 were diagnosed as breast cancer by high - frequency uhrasonography combined with PDI, the diagnostic rate was 91.22%. Conclusion： High - frequency uhrasonography combined with PDI has great value in the diagnosi of breast cancer.
