微波辐射法合成1-苯甲酰基-3-对甲基苯基硫脲 被引量:1

Synthesis and Characterization of 1-benzoyl-3-(p-tolyl)thiourea under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 微波辐射法具有反应时间短、产率高、副反应少、易于分离提纯等优点.本文采用微波辐射法合成了1-苯甲酰基-3-对甲基苯基硫脲,通过元素分析、IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,并从微波功率的选择和反应时间两方面优化了反应条件,结果表明:微波功率60 W,反应10 min收率最高. Organic synthesis reactions under microwave irradiation had many merits with excellent yield, short time, simple operation, less secondary reaction and easily separated and purified. The compound of 1-benzoyl-3-(p-tolyl)thiourea have been synthesized in the paper, and the structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR. In addition, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained according to microwave power and reaction time. The result indicate that the yield of product is tiptop when the microwave power is 60W and the reaction carry through 10 minute.
