糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs、MDA等生化指标变化与糖尿病肾病的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病大鼠血糖及肾组织中糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生化指标的变化与糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生关系。方法采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,观察其血糖、肾功能和肾组织中AGEs、MDA、SOD等的变化。结果糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮及AGEs、MDA明显增高,而体重、肌酐清除率、肾组织SOD活力显著下降。结论糖尿病大鼠的持续高血糖,引起肾脏的氧化应激和非酶糖基化反应增强,与DN的发生和发展密切相关。 Objective To evaluate the association of advanced glycosylation end product(AGEs), malonaldehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), etc in the kidneys and blood glucose of diabetic rats and diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods The model of diabetic rats was made by injecting streptozocin from intraperitoneally injection. The changes of glucose, renal function, AGEs and SOD were observed. Results The levels of Diabetic mellitus Rats'fasting blood glucose, urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, AGEs and MDA were obviously increased. The levels of weight, creatinine clearance rate, SOD activities were obviously decreased. Conclusion Continuing high blood glucose of diabetic rats induces the enhancement of oxidative stress and the non enzymatic glycosylation, and they are closely associated with diabetic nephropathy.
