杜仲多糖清除亚硝酸盐作用的研究

Study on the Scavenging Effect of Eucomman to Nitrite

目的:研究杜仲多糖对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。方法:采用水提醇沉法对杜仲皮中多糖进行提取,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量,紫外分光光度法测定多糖对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。结果:杜仲皮中多糖含量为41.46%,多糖对亚硝酸盐的最大清除率为73.41%。结论:杜仲多糖对亚硝酸盐有较强清除作用。

Objective：To study the scavenging effect of eucomman to nitrite. Methods： Eucomman was extracted by the method of water alcohol extraction（WAE） ,and the content was determined by phenol sulfuric method, then scavenging effect to the nitrite was measured with the micro UV-Speetrometer 754N. Results： The content of polysaccharide in Euconmmia ulmodies was 41.46%, the maximum scavenging rate of polysaccha-ride to nitrite is 73.41%. Conclusion： Eucomman has significant scavenging effect to nitrite.
